Forestry Mulching & Mowing: We pride ourselves in identifying beneficial native plants that are commonly mixed in with the vegetation the customer is wanting to have cleared or thinned. The preservation of these native plants will add to the ecological diversity of the landscape, thus increasing the usability for an abundance of wildlife, the property value, and the visual appeal to the landowner who is looking for a healthy ecosystem. Forestry mulching with our equipment is the most environmentally friendly option, leaving the root systems intact preserves the soil microbes. Also, the wood chips left behind help to reduce soil erosion and return nutrients to the topsoil as they decompose. 

We will also clear all vegetation if the landowner is wanting to start with a blank canvas, create a clearing for a homesite, or food plots.

Natural Resource Management: Habitat Restoration with native plant diversity is the key to supporting all wildlife. If your land is overgrown with invasive or exotic vegetation or was previously used in agriculture. We can help develop a restoration plan using planting practices with shrubs and pollinators or utilizing the native seed bank if there is still one remaining on the site.

Gopher Tortoise Relocation: We are licensed and certified through FWC to excavate and relocate Gopher Tortoise’s from residential and commercial development sites. We also use our Forestry Mulching techniques to maintain the vegetation cover and forage availability required for recipient sites and temporary holding pins. As well as silt fence installation for the holding pins.

ROW (Right of Way) Maintenance: We comply with all FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) regulations and procedures when preforming work on pipeline and transmission line ROW’s. 

Services offered: Erosion control & restoration, clearing for line-of-sight brush control, invasive plant control, silt fence installation.
 

Herbicide Application: We are licensed to apply restricted use herbicides in upland and aquatic areas. Although, for the sake of being environmentally friendly and responsible, we do encourage manual or mechanical treatment before the use of chemicals.

Services offered: Removal of vegetation by, manual, mechanical, or herbicide spraying.
